Biography : Her mother is a succubus and her father is an incubus, and Marie never liked what they do. So when she was old enough, she left her home and went off to live on her own. Having special abilities, she was easily hired for tortures or murders. She does not know how to use weapons or likes personal confrontation with a victim, she would rather poison them, make them have never-ending nightmares, or stab the person while they dream. Her normal murder strategy would be to pretend to be a widow (hence, the black clothes), flirt with her victim (male or female) and get close enough to kill him or her in any way she prefers. Being a nightmare, she can turn into smoke and disappear, but if she is caught in a room (if you cover every small hole in the room), according to nightmare rules, she must marry the person. So, to avoid any troubles, she does not say what species she is (if she does, she will most probably say she is some sort of ghost). Also, Marie has always hated her eyes, so when she started her job, she took the opportunity to cut out her victims eyes and collect them in jars. During the day, she enjoyed working in some fashion stores and suggested people what to wear. Thanks to her love in high fashion, she was able to meet some people from higher status, which granted her access to difficult places. Eventually, she got tired of her routine (although her fascination for eyes continued), so when she heard about LeStrange's, she gladly went for a job.
